- Om Prakash is responsible Operations of PSM. He is responsible for delivering SLA`s related to all activities, inventory & team management and quality assurance.
An electrical engineer with a decade and half industry experience, mainly in Telecom and industrial automation. He has a worked in telecom infra and network operations
with telecom majors like Bharti infratelLtd , GTL , Idea.
His last assignment was with BIL in O&M function as Infra Manager ,UP west circle.
He has personally executed and driven network initiatives stated in "Our work" during his 07 yrs tenure in BIL to achieve RF optimization for opco`s , better uptime ,
opex & energy efficiencies. He has been repeatedly recognized by stake holders (Opco`s , Active partners and IP`s)for these activities.
- Anand Prashant Singh is Technical expert is responsible for getting in-fold processes, technical information and competencies for new areas/domains of servicing .
He is an electronic engineer with two and half decade industry experience, mainly in Telecom, defense production and hydel.
He is a repair and retrofitting expert with vast hands on skill. With his experience and expertise, he provides solution in services and repairs of
electrical & electronic equipment, automation and process controls.
